Located on Georgian Bay, this cottage built on a plot of sand has the most stunning views. The cottage build took those views into mind with every window and door placement. It's the kind of place where if you are wearing shoes you're overdressed. The sand is so white and silky, a little slice of heaven. The use of deep tones of navy blue, fresh white, leathers, and natural woods set the stage at Project Brown Cottage. The old family cottage was in a bad shape and my clients knew it was time to rebuild. We wanted something that would look natural, high-end, and stand up to pretty much anything.
