The cabin is fully equipped with basic essentials such as shampoo & conditioner, body soap, shower gel, towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products. Additional towels can be found in the rattan linen chest in the upper hallway. You can ready more about what we provided through the Airbnb Listing.

Here’s some important house rules about the cabin you will need to take note of:

Cooking and sharing in the cooking experience at the Cabin is something we hope you enjoy. We have a custom built charcuterie board in the kitchen so please bring up all of your yummy accoutrements and plan for an epic charcuterie meal.

The kitchen is equipped with plates (adult and kid sets available), cutlery, glassware (wine glasses, drinking glasses, beer glasses, shot glasses, and mugs for coffee tea). We also have pots and pants, cutting boards, cutting knives, baking sheets, muffin tins, baking pans, a blender, a toaster, a kettle, a rice cooker, a slow cooker, mixing bowls and any cooking utensils needed like flippers and tongs etc.

The stove: in order to cook in the oven click the convect bake button, then click 2, then click the temperature you want to cook at. The oven will pre-heat and let you know when it’s ready.

Fridges: There is a counter depth fridge in the main cabin with a pull out freezer below. The freezer does make ice. If it’s stopped making ice please push the ice button on the inside of the fridge. We also have two beverage fridges (one in the garage and one in the bottom of the boathouse).

Coffee/Tea: In the appliance garage on the counter in the kitchen you will find a toaster and a nespresso coffee machine. Nespresso coffee pods will be provided for you but if there is a specific type of coffee you would like please bring it with you. Note our nespresso machines take the original smaller pods not the new larger pods. We also have a french press located in the upper cabinet above the appliance garage. If you choose to use the french press you will need to bring ground coffee. If you want to bring whole beans there is a bean grinder in the cabinet above the appliance garage. There is a second Nespresso machine located in the boathouse bunkie on the dresser for any guests staying there that want to enjoy a coffee in bed before saying good morning to the folks in the main Cabin.

The BBQ is located on the deck and fueled by propane tanks underneath. You will have one already hooked up and a backup propane tank in case you run out of propane during your stay. To ignite the BBQ turn the knobs and then hit the little ignite button and you should be good to go. We have four (4) outdoor loungers and an outdoor dining table that seats 6 on the deck for your use as well.

Indoor and Outdoor Fires: Please feel free to use the indoor fireplace in the main cabin for chilly nights and ambience. We also have an outdoor fire pit near the lake on the hill. With it being located on a hill you need to get a little creative with seating. We have a smores roasting cage in the kitchen that’s perfect for cooking up a nighttime treat.

Outdoor Lawn Games: You will find washer box, and a ball throwing game in the garage by the fridge with some additional fold up lawn chairs. You are welcome to use these; we just ask that you put them back in the garage when you are ready to leave the cabin.

Boathouse Goodies: You will notice that in the dry slip area of the boathouse we have fishing rods and tackle, an inner tube and knee board, wakeboards, a paddle board, and life jackets. You are welcome to use anything in there for some additional fun on the lake. You are also welcome to use the paddle boat (please wear a lifejacket when using it). There is a great fishing right off our dock and the water is about 15 feet deep off the end. But, if you wish to go for deeper water take the paddle boat out into the middle of the bay and you are about 40 feet deep in that location. The water lily pad is anchored down to the bottom of the lake and is great fun to swim out to and jump off of. Please put all the toys back in the boathouse at the end of the day so they don’t float away. Any missing floaties will be the renter responsibility to replace.
